Our Manufacturing Divisions are adding new products. The Real Estate Department has been highly active with completion of acclaimed projects in Gurgaon and Kolkata and we have made very successful forays in Bangelore and Pune with our strategic investments in Real Estate focusing on the IT Sectors. These have yielded rich dividends for the group. Our Facility Management Division is also rated very highly and is poised to grow.

Following the lead of our Chairman the group has set high standards of quality and professionalism. Our real estate projects have all been completed successfully and we are proud to house a host of MNC’s including Convergys, Regus, Helix,Uninor and Max New York Life Insurance amongst others under our roof.

Our Manufacturing unit which produces builders’ hardware has shown steady growth over the last few decades constantly exploring the market and adding to our product range so as to provide excellent value addition to our Dealers and Distributors. We enjoy a dominant position in Eastern India and Nepal and enjoy a sizable market share and hope to be able to capitalise on this and continue to grow in the future.
